Deleting a type

Types for organizational units, for relations between organizational units and for roles can be deleted.

Prerequisites

You are a BPM Manager.

You are on the Define Types page.

A type can only be deleted if it is not in use.

Context

Attempting to delete a type of organizational units, relations between organizational units or roles that is in use results in a message about the use of the type.

How to proceed

1. In the row of the type, click Delete in the ⋮ submenu.

   The confirmation prompt for deleting appears.

2. To delete the type, click Delete.

   The dialog closes.

   The type is no longer available.
