Selecting Owners or Members for an Organizational Unit

Owners, deputies and members for an organizational unit can be selected from the users of the Process Space.

Prerequisites

You are a BPM Manager.

You are on the Organization page tab.

Context

Users of the Process Space can be assigned to organizational units as Owners, Deputies or Members.

How to proceed

1. In the organizational structure, click the organizational unit.

   The page of the organizational unit appears on the right.

2. To edit the Owners, Deputies or Members of the organizational unit, click the edit icon next to the section heading.

   The selection dialog appears.

3. To search for specific users, enter part of a name in the Search text field.

   The display of the entries is restricted accordingly.

4. To filter the display, click the filter icon and select the Selected only or Unselected only check box.

   The display of the entries is restricted accordingly.

5. To select a user, select their check box.

   The number of selected users is adjusted.

6. To confirm the changes, click Apply selection.

   The selected Users are displayed in the respective section with their organizational roles.
