What are the tasks of a BPM Manager?

The BPM Manager structures and publishes a company’s processes in a process map and, together with the Process Owners, manages the users’ roles and permissions.

The BPM Manager can

upload process maps to illustrate the process hierarchy of the Process Space graphically and make it usable for navigation
assign processes to the process maps and link them to a named shape on the process map
import processes into the Process Space initially (or commission a Process Designer to do so)
upload updated process versions (revisions) to the Process Space (or commission the respective Process Owners or a Process Designer to do so)
assign roles to users and groups

Which roles can I assign as a BPM Manager in Bpanda?

In the Bpanda account administration, a user can be assigned to one or more groups.

As a BPM Manager, you can assign the following roles to users or groups:

BPM Manager in the Process Space
Risk Manager in the Process Space
Process Designer in the Process Space
Process Owner of a process
Process Contributor of a process
Process Participant of a process
