Finding Processes

Certain processes in your company are made available in a Process Space.

Certain processes in your company are made available in a Process Space. There are various ways for you to find the processes that are relevant to you.

There are many processes in your company. Some are important to you because you can only do your work properly if you know them and put them into practice. Bpanda presents you with the processes in your company that are relevant to you.

If you are directly involved in certain processes, the Process Owners should assign them to you. This means they are displayed on the home page under My Processes; the heading opens the Relevant Processes page. This gives you access to these processes at all times. However, there are also other ways for you to get to a particular process.

You also decide what is relevant. You have the following options for finding relevant processes.

• On the home page, processes to which you have been assigned as a Process Participant, Process Contributor or Process Owner can be called up under My Processes (Relevant Processes page).
• On the home page, processes can be accessed via the Process Map, and in the main menu via Processes. The Process Map normally shows the process hierarchy of your Process Space across several levels.
• With the search, you find all visible process versions in the Process Space that contain a name or description matching the beginning of the word you entered.
• You can mark processes as favorites. These processes can be called up on the home page under Favorites.
• Processes you have viewed most recently are displayed on the home page under Recently Viewed.
