Customizing a Process Space

As a BPM Manager, you define the use of certain functions and the layout of the Process Space.

As a BPM Manager, you define the use of certain functions and the layout of the Process Space.

On the Manage Process Space page, which you can access in the main menu under Settings, you manage the following aspects of the Process Space as a BPM Manager on the Customize tab:

• Function adjustments

  • Q&A section

    This option enables the ability to ask questions about processes and to answer questions in the Process Space.

  • Attachments section

    This option enables the ability to display the corresponding icon in the process full screen for links in descriptions in the Process Space.

• Visibility of the process hierarchy

  Here you define for which organizational units, organizational roles, groups or individual users only this level and all levels below it are visible at the same time, based on their defined entry points.

• Review labels

  Here you can create new review labels and edit and delete existing review labels.

  To create a new review label, click the plus icon. A dialog appears. In the dialog, you can set the name, description and color of the new review label.

  To edit or delete existing review labels, click ⋮ in the row of the respective review label.

  If you delete review labels that are in use, they will still be stored in reviews that have already been labeled. The deleted review label is no longer available for new reviews.

• Appearance

  Here you define the primary, secondary and header color, the logo and the background image for the Process Space.

  • Colors section

    Here you define the primary, secondary and header color by clicking the color and making a selection in the color dialog.

  • Logo section

    Upload a file in GIF, PNG, JPEG or SVG format with a suitable size and a maximum file size of 100 KB as the logo of the Process Space. To do so, click the upload icon and select the file in the standard dialog.

  • Background image section

    Upload a file in GIF, PNG or JPEG format with suitable proportions and a maximum file size of 1 MB as the background image for the Process Space. To do so, click the upload icon and select the file in the standard dialog.

• Home page view

  Here you define whether the home page shows only the Process Map, only the Enterprise Architecture or both one below the other.
