Using the tabular process list

The list displays the process flow in tabular form.

Context

As an alternative to the diagram, the List provides a tabular representation of the process flow. To improve clarity, you can use filters, for example Process contents. Entries that do not belong to the intersection of all applied filters are greyed out.

Only one process content can be expanded at a time to display its details.

For each process content, the existing predecessors and successors are displayed in addition to the name, type and description. You can jump to previous and next steps using the links in the list.

Branches and merges are displayed with their conditions.

How to proceed

If you are on another tab on the process page, click the List tab.

The process is displayed as a process list. Initially, the first process content is displayed with its details, otherwise the one that was last expanded.
To highlight specific process contents in the process list, click Filter for process contents or another filter and select the type you want to highlight.

The filter is displayed above the process list. To remove it, click the filter’s close icon.
To expand a different process content, click the expand icon on the right in the row of the process content.

The details of the process content are displayed.

Process Owners and Process Contributors can add documents up to a size of 50 MB as attachments to every process step, and manage HTTP links to web addresses and to videos.
To switch to a previous or next process content, click the link of a predecessor or successor.

The predecessor or successor is expanded and its details are displayed.
