Navigating from an organizational unit to linked processes

From an organizational unit that is assigned to a process or a lane, you can navigate to the linked process.

Prerequisites

You are a BPM Manager.

You are on the Organization page tab.

At least one organizational unit exists that has been assigned to a process as a Process Participant.

Context

Organizational units can be assigned to a process or a lane as Process Participants. Such a process is displayed for the organizational unit as a linked process that you can navigate to.

For the process, the name linked to the process, the version and, if applicable, the lane to which the organizational unit has been assigned are displayed as a table.

How to proceed

1. In the organizational structure, click the organizational unit.

   The page of the organizational unit appears on the right.

2. To restrict the list in the Linked Processes section to specific processes, enter part of a name in the Filter text field.

   The display of the entries is restricted accordingly.

3. To navigate to a linked process, click the process name in the Linked Processes section.

   The process page appears.
