Viewing a Diagram in Full Screen

You can always open the process diagram in full screen at the top of the process page and view it at different sizes using the mouse wheel or buttons.

Context

A defined sequence of particular procedures is usually described in the form of process diagrams. They show the individual activities (tasks) in a sequence (sequence flow) that is started, influenced and ended by events, taking into account branches and merges (gateways) that depend on conditions.

The full screen view of such a diagram allows different display sizes so that you can view all details even for extensive processes.

You can also open the full screen view from a process’s thumbnail in the search results.

In the full screen view, you can change the display size step by step within certain limits or fit the diagram size to the window.

You can select the process or an element and view detailed information about it on the right in the expandable Properties area on the Overview and Risk Analysis tabs.

You can share the diagram, or a selected element, with your colleagues by creating a link to the specific version or to the currently valid process version. If you select a particular version, the link leads to exactly that process version or revision. If you create a link that always leads to the currently valid version, you make sure that it does not have to be replaced when a new version of the process becomes valid.

How to proceed

On the process page, click the process thumbnail at the top right.

The process is displayed in full screen view.
To print the diagram, click ⋮ Print diagram.

The diagram is displayed in the standard Print dialog. You can output the diagram as a PDF or to a printer.
To copy a link to the diagram or to a selected diagram element to the clipboard, click ⋮ Share diagram.

The dialog of the same name appears. You can copy a link to the specific version or to the currently valid process version to the clipboard in order to then share the link with others.
To highlight the elements with icons for descriptions, attachments, etc. in the diagram, click ⋮ and select the corresponding check boxes.

The corresponding elements are displayed with icons in the diagram.
To change the display size, click the zoom buttons.

The diagram is reduced or enlarged by one zoom level.
To fit the diagram size to the window, click the fit button.

The diagram is fitted to the window size.
To switch to a called process, select the call activity and click the call icon.

The process page of the called process is loaded.
To exit the full screen view, click Close.

The process page appears.
