Creating and Assigning Responsibilities

Process-specific responsibilities allow Bpanda roles to be specified based on particular competencies.

Process-specific responsibilities allow Bpanda roles to be specified based on particular competencies.

Process-Specific Responsibilities

Bpanda is based on a clear role concept that governs rights and permissions. Process-specific responsibilities can specify these Bpanda roles based on particular competencies. Process Owners, for example, can be differentiated into Process Owner and Process Manager, or into business and technical owners.

BPM Managers can manage such responsibilities in a list. Process Owners can assign these responsibilities as process-specific role labels to users, groups, organizational roles or organizational units. These labels then appear next to the people as small labels, for example.

Since these are process-specific responsibilities, they must be assigned per process and do not depend on the person! If you have already maintained responsibilities on processes in Innovator, these are of course imported when the processes are imported into Bpanda.
