In the release process, the Process Owner makes the final decision about publishing the process version.
In the release process, the Process Owner makes the final decision about publishing the process version. The process version is published for the users of the Process Space within a validity period.
Prerequisites
You are a Process Owner.
You are on the process page of a process version that has received final approval.
Context
Publishing a process normally requires approval as the result of a review. However, the reviews can also be skipped and the process version can be approved immediately by the Process Owner.
The Process Owner can then publish the process.
When publishing, the Process Owner specifies that the approved process version is available in the Process Space as the valid process version for all Process Users during a particular period.
The Process Users can be informed about the changes compared to the previous version by means of a version comment.
