Assigning Organizational Roles to Managers or Members

Organizational roles can be assigned to the managers, deputies or members of an organizational unit.

You are a BPM Manager.

You are on the Organization page tab.

Context

Organizational roles can be assigned to the managers, deputies or members of organizational units.

How to proceed

1. In the organizational structure, click the organizational unit.

   The page of the organizational unit appears on the right.

2. To assign organizational roles to the managers, deputies or members of the organizational unit, click Assign organizational roles on the user’s entry.

   The dialog for selecting the roles appears.

3. To select a role for the user, select its check box.

4. To confirm the changes, click OK.

   The selected organizational roles are displayed in the corresponding sections for the user.
