**Process Owners** and **BPM Managers** can create reviews with the same description for multiple processes.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **Process Owner** or **BPM Manager**.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

To simplify process management, you can use the **Create Reviews** action to create and start reviews for one or more published processes.

The **Create Reviews** page contains a table with columns including **Process Name**, **Version**, **Process Level** and **Valid Until**, each of which you can restrict to specific entries using **Filters**.

The table comprises the published process versions, split across several pages if necessary. For the **BPM Manager** these are all published process versions in the Process Space, and for a **Process Owner** they are the published versions of all processes they are responsible for.

The check boxes are used to select the processes for which a review with the same details (review description, end date, etc.) is to be created.

An **information dialog** can be opened for each process.

## How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the main menu, select **Manage Processes**.

The overview page of the same name appears.
2. Select the **Actions** tab.
3. Select the **Create Reviews** action in the **Releases** tile.

The page of the same name appears.
4. To restrict the list of processes using filters, click the filter, set the filter and close the filter selection by clicking the filter again.

   The table is restricted accordingly.
5. Select the check boxes of the processes for which a review with the same details (review description, end date, etc.) is to be created.
6. Click **Perform action on {{number}} revision(s)**.

   The **Create Reviews** dialog appears.
7. Enter a description of the objective and focal points of the review.
8. Click in the date field and set the end date of the review in the calendar dialog, or click one of the time period buttons.
9. To add or remove participants, click the edit icon.

The dialog of the same name appears.
10. To define a user as a Review Participant, select the check box.
11. To confirm the current Review Participants, click **Apply selection**.

The applied **Review Participants** are listed.
12. To add or remove **Review Owners**, proceed as described above.

The applied **Review Owners** are listed.
13. To confirm the settings, click **Create Reviews**.

All participants and owners are notified of their assignment to the review.
