A Process User is invited to a Process Space by a **BPM Manager**. Every Bpanda user has the rights of a **Process User**.

A **Process Participant** is assigned to a specific process by the **Process Owner**.

## I have been invited to a Process Space. What can I do? [#ich-bin-zu-einem-prozessraum-eingeladen-worden-was-kann-ich-tun]

Once a **BPM Manager** has invited you to a Process Space, you are a **Process User** and therefore have the basic permissions of all Bpanda users. All valid processes are made available to you in the Process Space.

In general, a **Process User** can

- navigate in all valid process versions
- search and fully view the valid process versions
- fully view the released versions that are not yet valid or no longer valid via the process page
- mark processes as favourites for quick access
- ask questions about processes
- share processes or diagrams via link
- be invited to process reviews and then take part in them

If the **Process Owner** assigns you to a process, you are a **Process Participant** who is directly affected by this process.

Users can be blocked from individual processes; these processes are then not visible to those users.

## How do I find a process? [#wie-finde-ich-einen-prozess]

You can find a process in the Process Space using the search function or navigate to a process in the **Process Map**.

The search takes you directly to a search result. The **Search in 'Name of the Process Space'** input field is displayed in the header area on every page. As you type in the search terms, you receive a dynamic list of results.

The **Process Map** gives you an overview of the structure in which the processes are available in the Process Space. On the start page, click a process area in the **Process Map** and navigate through the Process Space levels to the process you want. You are now on the process page and can navigate to the information you need.

You can **Add to 'Favourites'** for a process and thus navigate directly to it at any time. Your **Favourites** can be accessed on every page via the main menu.

## How do I know which processes I am involved in? [#wodurch-weiß-ich-an-welchen-prozessen-ich-beteiligt-bin]

If the **Process Owner** assigns you to a process, you are a **Process Participant** who is directly affected by this process. These processes are displayed under **Relevant Processes** with **I am a participant**.

**Process Participants** are automatically supplied with the relevant information about their processes by notification.

A **Process Participant** can

- see the processes they have been assigned to under **Relevant Processes**
- receive automatic notifications about their processes

When you open a process, the breadcrumb navigation shows you how the process is classified in the process hierarchy, i.e. where your process area is located on the **Process Map**.

Users can be blocked from individual processes; these processes are then not visible to those users.

## How can I ask questions about a process or answer questions? [#wie-kann-ich-fragen-zu-einem-prozess-stellen-oder-fragen-beantworten]

You select the process you want to ask a question about. On the process page, you find the previous questions and answers about the process in the **Q&A** tab. If answers already exist, their number is displayed. To expand the answers, click the  icon.

To ask a new question, click **Add question** and enter the **Question** and **Further details** in the dialogue.

To answer a question, click **Answer now** in the area of the question and add your answer.

## Why does my colleague see more process versions than I do? [#warum-sieht-mein-kollege-mehr-prozessversionen-als-ich]

Different roles can be assigned to users in Bpanda. In general, all users see the valid version of every process and – if available – the version that has already been released but is not yet valid.

As a **Review Participant** or **Designer**, you also see other versions. **Review Participants** can, for example, see a process version that is not yet valid. **Designers** can edit drafts for such a new process version.
