Multiple **risk analyses** can be published by the **Risk Manager** or the **BPM Manager** in order to make this information accessible to everyone who is allowed to see the respective processes.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You must be a **Risk Manager** or **BPM Manager**.

Risks and chances for a process or a process element have been recorded and not yet published.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

After the risks and chances have been recorded by the **Process Owner**, they must be published by the **Risk Manager** so that they are visible to the authorized **Process Users**.

If no risks and chances were identified in the analysis, the process is marked as not relevant.

The **Publish Risk Analyses** page contains a table with columns such as **Process Name**, **Version**, **Process Owners** and **Valid Until**, each of which you can restrict to certain entries using **Filters**.

The table shows the processes with unpublished risk analyses, spread over several pages if necessary.

The selection fields are used to select the processes for which a risk analysis is to be published.

An **information dialog** can be opened for each process.

Once the risk analysis has been published, it is shown on the process page in the **Risk Analyses** area and can be opened by clicking on it.

Published analyses and analyses in progress are shown on the process page exclusively for **Risk Managers**, **BPM Managers** and **Process Owners**.

**Process Users** and **Designers** have the option of viewing the last published analysis via the guide.

## How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the **main menu**, select **Manage Processes**.

   The overview page of the same name appears.
2. Select the **Actions** tab.
3. Select the **Publish Risk Analyses** action in the **Releases** tile.

   The page of the same name appears. If there are no unpublished risk analyses, a message appears.
4. To restrict the list of processes with unpublished risk analyses using filters, click on the **Filter**, set the filter and close the filter selection by clicking on the filter again.

   The table is restricted accordingly.
5. Activate the selection fields of the processes for which a risk analysis is to be published.
6. Click on **Perform action on {{number}} version(s)**.

   The **Publish Risk Analyses** dialog appears.
7. Click in the date field and set the end date of the validity of the evaluations in the calendar dialog, or click on one of the time period buttons.
8. Enter a description of the risk analyses.
9. Click on **Publish Risk Analyses**.

   The dialog is closed.

   The selected risk analyses are published. The published analyses are listed in the respective process overview under **Risk Analyses**.
