Organizational units can be moved within the structure using drag and drop.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **BPM Manager**.

The organizational structure was not imported from Innovator.

You are on the **Organization** page tab.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

Organizational units (including their sub-elements) can be moved to other organizational units using drag and drop. The possible insertion points are indicated by the note Insert here**↓**. The element is inserted on the level below the marked entry.

Organizational units cannot be moved within a superordinate organizational unit, because they are sorted alphabetically automatically.

## How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. To be able to change the organizational structure, activate **Allow restructuring**.
2. To assign an organizational unit to another organizational unit in the organizational structure, click the organizational unit, move it to the target element and release it.

   The organizational unit is sorted alphabetically at the target element.
3. To move further elements, repeat the step.
