You can select the performing employees of an organizational role from the users of the Process Space.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **BPM Manager**.

You are on the **Organization** page tab.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

Users of the Process Space can be assigned to organizational roles as performing employees.

## How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the **Organizational Roles** tab, click the role.

   The organizational role's page is displayed on the right.
2. To select performing employees for the role, click the edit icon next to the **Performed by** section heading.

   The selection dialog is displayed.
3. To search for specific users, enter part of a name in the **Search** text field.

   The entries displayed are restricted accordingly.
4. To filter the display, click the filter icon and select the **Selected only** or **Unselected only** checkbox.

   The entries displayed are restricted accordingly.
5. To select a user, select their checkbox.

   The number of selected users is updated.
6. To confirm the changes, click **Apply selection**.

   The selected users are displayed in the section with their name and email address.
7. To view more information about the user, click their entry.

   A dialog with user details is displayed. The name, organization, department, phone numbers, email address, roles in Bpanda, organizational units and organizational roles are displayed for the user, provided that the respective details are available.
