The assigned organizational units can be edited for the Bpanda users.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **BPM Manager**.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

Employees and their assignment to organizational units are managed on the **Employees** tab in the **Assigned Organizational Units** sub-tab.

You can assign users to the existing organizational units.

The filter for the types of organizational units is only offered if there are several types.

## How to Proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the main menu, select **Organization**.

   The **Organization** page tab appears and the **Organizational Structure** tab is expanded by default.
2. To expand the **Employees** tab, click the arrow icon on the right.
3. To display the **Assigned Organizational Units** page, click the sub-tab of the same name.

   By default, the users who are assigned to an organizational unit are displayed.
4. To display unassigned users, click the filter icon and clear the **Show assigned only** check box.

   All users are displayed, spread across several pages if applicable.
5. To edit a user's assignments, click the edit icon.

   The **Select organizational unit for {{userName}}** dialog appears.
6. To restrict the selectable units in the dialog, click the filter icon for the **Type of Organizational Units** filter or for the **Organizational Unit** filter and select the corresponding check boxes.

   The entries are restricted accordingly.
7. To assign an organizational unit to the user, select its check box.
8. To confirm the entries, click **OK**.

   The assigned organizational units are updated for the user.
