The assigned organisational roles can be edited for the Bpanda users.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **BPM Manager**.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

Employees and their assignment to organisational roles are managed on the **Employees** tab in the **Assigned Organisational Roles** sub-tab.

You can assign users to the existing organisational roles.

The filter for role types is only offered if there are several types.

## How to Proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. Select **Organisation** in the main menu.

   The **Organisation** page tab appears and the **Organisational Structure** tab is expanded by default.
2. To expand the **Employees** tab, click on the arrow symbol on the right.
3. To display the **Assigned Organisational Roles** page, click on the sub-tab of the same name.

   By default, the users who are assigned to an organisational role are displayed.
4. To display unassigned users, click on the filter symbol and deactivate the **Only show assigned** selection field.

   All users are displayed, spread over several pages if applicable.
5. To edit a user's assignments, click on the edit symbol.

   The **Select organisational role for {{userName}}** dialogue appears.
6. To restrict the selectable roles in the dialogue, click on the filter symbol for the **Role Type** filter or for the **Organisational Role** filter and activate the corresponding selection fields.

   The entries are restricted accordingly.
7. To assign a role to the user, activate its selection field.
8. To confirm the details, click on **OK**.

   The assigned roles are updated for the user.
