## How Employees Are Managed [#wie-mitarbeiter-verwaltet-werden]

Bpanda users can be assigned to organizational units and organizational roles on the **Organization** page. They are then managed as employees of the organization.

An organizational unit or organizational role can be linked to a process or a lane. This expresses, for example, that the organizational unit or organizational role is responsible for carrying out the tasks within the lane. Based on this, such processes are displayed as relevant processes for the assigned users.

You are a **BPM Manager**.

### Context [#zusammenhang]

Employees and their assignment to organizational units and organizational roles are managed in the **Employees** tab in the **Assigned Organizational Roles** and **Assigned Organizational Units** sub-tabs.

### How to Proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the **main menu**, select **Organization**.

   The **Organization** page tab appears and the **Organizational Structure** tab is expanded by default.
2. To expand the **Employees** tab, click the arrow icon on the right.
