As a **BPM Manager**, you can invite users to your Process Space.

## Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

You are a **BPM Manager**.

Users who can be invited to the Process Space exist in the Bpanda **Account Management**.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

Processes are realized through a division of labor. As a **BPM Manager**, you organize your colleagues' access to their processes. To use the processes in a Process Space, the colleagues involved must first be invited to the Process Space as users.

Once invited, the colleagues are initially able to log in to the Process Space and to access and view all valid processes via the **Process Map** or the search.

**BPM Managers** and **Process Owners** can then assign further roles to the users. **Review Owners** can do this for the reviews they are responsible for.

In the Bpanda **Account Management**, email addresses are assigned to the licenses. Users can be invited to a Process Space from this pool.

You can

- have all users who have not yet been invited invited automatically,
- invite all users who have not yet been invited or
- invite specific users.

If the option for automatic invitations is enabled, invitations are sent automatically to all email addresses added to the Account Management in future.

## How to Proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. In the main menu, select **Settings** and then **Manage Process Space**.

   The page of the same name appears. You are in the **Process Hierarchy** tab.
2. Switch to the **Manage Users** tab.
3. To invite users, click **Invite Users** in the **All Users and Groups in the Process Space** section.

   The **Invite Users** page appears.
4. To invite all users who have not yet been invited automatically, select the **All users who have not yet been invited are invited automatically** option, write a personal message for the future users and click **Save Settings**.

   Invitations containing the message you entered and a link to the Process Space are sent automatically to all email addresses added to the Account Management in future.
5. To invite all users who have not yet been invited, select the **All users who have not yet been invited** option, optionally write a personal message for the displayed users to be invited and click **Invite Users**.

   Invitations containing the message you entered and a link to the Process Space are sent to the email addresses of the displayed users.
6. To invite specific users, select the **Selected users** option, click the edit icon, select the check box of every user you want to invite in the **Invite Users** dialog, optionally write a personal message for the displayed users to be invited and click **Invite Users**.

   Invitations containing the message you entered and a link to the Process Space are sent to the email addresses of the displayed users.
