Every process has a **process page** with all of its details. Processes represent specific procedures and relationships in one or more areas of responsibility.

## Opening the process page [#prozessseite-öffnen]

There are many ways to get to a process page, since a process can be of interest from different perspectives. In each case, open the process page by clicking the process name.

- **Relevant for me** area on the **Home page** (**My Processes**, **Favorites**, **Recently Viewed**)
- **Notifications** (about the processes relevant to you)
- **Search** (the search term is searched for in the names and descriptions of the process and its elements, in attachments and their content)
- **Process Map** (linked processes)
- **Architecture** (processes linked to architecture elements such as applications)

## Information about the process [#informationen-zum-prozess]

The process page provides you with the following information. Some information may only be available for certain roles.

- Breadcrumb navigation according to the process hierarchy
- Process name, version, validity period if applicable
- Language switch (e.g. **DE**) below the process name: switches between the languages the process has been translated into; the switch applies only to your view
- Thumbnail of the process diagram, opens the diagram view
- Icons for sharing, favorite and notification (automatic change information)
- Note **This version is being reviewed** with **Show review**\*, opens the review area to the right of the process page
- **Create job** button (with a note about missing prerequisites if applicable)
- **Overview** tab

  - **Process Owners** are informed as of 6 weeks before a process's validity expires
  - Descriptions, attachments (documents, links)
  - **Process Owners**, **Process Participants**, **Process Contributors** if applicable
  - **Applications** and other architecture elements (linked to the overall process and optionally to lanes or process elements)
  - Process context (called and calling processes)
  - Properties (process content with name and element type)
  - Published risk analyses
  - **Reviews**\* with remaining time, Review Owners, participants, ratings and progress; a click opens the review area, including for completed reviews
  - Versions (revision, version, validity period, import information, status)
- **List** tab

  Process elements (content and participants, filterable), detailed information about the elements, e.g. data objects, previous and next steps
- **Guide** tab

  - Process diagram with step-by-step navigation
  - **Overview** tab

    Shows the description of the process or its elements along with their attachments. Further information is listed for elements, e.g. **Process Participants**, data objects, predecessors and successors.
  - **Risk Analysis** tab

    Shows published risks and opportunities for the process or a selected element.
- **Q&A** tab

  Questions and answers about the process; questions are forwarded to the Process Owner

## Navigating to further information [#navigation-zu-weiteren-informationen]

From the process page you can navigate to further content via the ⋮ **submenu**, e.g. as a **Process Owner**.

- **Export version**\*\*

  Lets you export the version as CSV, SVG or BPMN XML.
- **Print version**\*\*

  Lets you select the content of the version that is to be printed.
- **Edit version as draft**\*\*

  Lets you use the current process version as a draft.
- **Show release process**\*

  Informs you about the status of the process revision or version in the release process.
- **Analyze risks**\*

  Switches to the risk analysis for the process. Here you can identify risks and opportunities for the process or its elements.
- **Settings and information**\*

  - **Roles and permissions**

    Here you can manage the Process Owners, Process Participants as well as blocked users and Process Contributors.
  - **Validity and version information**

    Here you can change the validity period, the change report as well as the version number and version name of your process version.
  - **Link applications**

    Here you can both link existing applications to your process and create new applications.

## Using the diagram view [#diagrammansicht-nutzen]

As an alternative to the guide, the diagram view offers another view of the BPMN diagram.

You can use the ⋮ **submenu** to select the display of the icons for descriptions, attachments, risks/opportunities and applications.

An expandable and collapsible **Properties** area on the right shows the properties of the process and its elements. During a review, the review area is displayed next to it.

Two tabs are displayed in the properties area.

- **Overview** tab

  Shows the description of the process or its elements along with their attachments. Further information is listed for elements, e.g. Process Participants and data objects.
- **Risk Analysis** tab

  Shows risks and opportunities for the process or a selected element.

Exit the diagram view with **Close**.
