The icon menu on the process page provides general and role-specific functions.

## Overview of the functions [#übersicht-zu-den-funktionen]

The icon menu on the process page allows you to:

- display the process diagram
- share the process diagram
- add the process to your favorites (or remove it from them)
- switch on notifications for the process (or switch them off)
- ⋮ access further functions, some of which depend on your role and some of which are only available once the process has been released

## Export version [#version-exportieren]

### Context [#zusammenhang]

You can export the process version to a file in **CSV (Comma-Separated Values)** or **SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)** format.

The CSV format allows process information to be provided in text form, for example for Microsoft Excel. The elements of the process are output line by line (type, content, participant, description, etc.).

The SVG format outputs the process diagram as a scalable vector graphics file.

### How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor]

1. To export a process as a CSV or SVG file, go to the process page, click ⋮ at the top right and then click **Export version as CSV** or **Export version as SVG** in the menu.

The browser's standard dialog for opening or saving a file appears.
2. Select the application with which the file is to be opened, or save the file.

## Print version [#version-drucken]

### Prerequisites [#voraussetzungen]

At least one process element to be printed must be selected.

### Context [#zusammenhang-1]

You can output the process information on a printer, for example also as a PDF.

For printing, Bpanda uses the mechanisms of the respective browser. Note that some print settings can only be made in the browser menu under **Print>Page Setup...**.

Note: In Internet Explorer, the **Print background colors and images** check box must be selected in the dialog under **Print>Page Setup...** in order to be able to print the logo as well.

You can select the elements to be printed in a dialog.

### How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor-1]

1. To print a process, go to the process page, click ⋮ at the top right and then click **Print version** in the menu.

The **Select elements to print** dialog appears.
2. Clear the check boxes of the elements that are not to be printed.
3. To print the selected elements, click **Print selected content**.

   The **Print** dialog appears.
4. Make the print settings and confirm them with **OK**.

The selected content of the process is output on the printer.

## Share process [#prozess-teilen]

### Context [#zusammenhang-2]

You can share the process, or a selected element, with others by generating a link to the specific version or to the currently valid process version. If you select a particular version, the link leads exactly to the selected process version or revision. If you create a link that always leads to the currently valid version, you ensure that it does not have to be replaced when a new version of the process becomes valid.

A shared link always leads to the detail view that you selected when creating the link. If, for example, the link is to lead directly to the **Guide** tab, you can specify this before generating the link.

You create links to a particular process element by selecting it.

This is how you make your processes and individual elements easily accessible to others.

The selected link is saved to the clipboard. The link has the structure "Process '\<Process name\>', \<Version\>, \<Tab\>" and refers to the process or to a particular element in the corresponding tab of the process page.

### How to proceed [#so-gehst-du-vor-2]

1. To share a process, go to the process page and click **Share process** at the top right.

The dialog of the same name appears.
2. To share a process element, select the element on the process page in the **List** or **Guide** tab and click ⋮ **Share process**.

The dialog of the same name appears.
3. To copy a link to the specific version or to the currently valid process version to the clipboard, click the corresponding link.

The link to the process or to an element in a specific version or in the version that is valid at any given time is copied to the clipboard.
4. Copy the link from the clipboard, for example into an email, in order to share the link with others.
