The **Overview** shows the process description, the process attachments and the people involved in the process.

## Context [#zusammenhang]

When you call up the process page, the **Overview** tab is displayed.

From top to bottom, the overview provides the following page content:

- Information on the status in the release process (for authorised roles only)

  The statuses depend on the defined release process. The release process must be started for every process version that is to be published. However, the process version can also be discarded.
- **Descriptions**

  In addition to the description of the process, you can use the **Show more** button to list the process contents (activities) and their type and description.
- **Attachments**

  Process Owners and Process Contributors can upload documents up to a size of 50 MB as attachments and manage HTTP links to web addresses and to videos.
- **Process Owners**

  The **Process Owner** is initially defined by the **BPM Manager**.
- **Process Contributors**

  **Process Contributors** are assigned by the **Process Owner**.

  To view the assigned users and groups, click **Show individual users and groups**.
- **Process Participants**

  Process Participants are assigned by the **Process Owner**.

  To view the assigned users and groups, click **Show individual users and groups**.
- **Applications**

  Applications are assigned by **Process Owners** or **BPM Managers**. If **Show all applications** is activated, all published applications linked to individual process elements are also displayed.
- **Process context**

  This section is displayed if called or calling processes are modelled in the process. These processes are listed with their name, version and responsibility and can each be accessed directly via the linked name.
- **Risk analyses**

  This section lists the assessments of risks and opportunities of process versions whose validity period overlaps with the validity of the process version. If **Show all** is activated, the assessments outside this period are also displayed. Risk analyses and process versions have independent validity periods.
- **Versions**

  The respective validity periods and change comments are displayed for the process versions.

  Authorised roles can see all process versions regardless of their validity.

  The display can be restricted to the published versions.

- If you are on a different tab on the process page, click the **Overview** tab.

  The page content of the tab is displayed.
